i would check your connection on the coil its on the right side of the bike behind the headlight theres a connector that plugs into it.

I have changed spark plug changed plug cap .
Removed plug and turned over engine with plug to earth still no spark any tips."
i'm not sure what u meant by that? have u tried checking the connection to the plug cap? mine has came off before. Also try putting a new plug into the cap (dont put it into the motor)and turn it over and watch to see if it sparks.
i always start with the easy stuff to rule out first. try this and let us know.
