They look good together.
I have that same funk green bastid you do, lol. Only mine is almost solid black now.
I swapped the tank cover, hood, and rear fenders with black Maiers already...and fronts are now on their way!

MrCuervoRacing makes an early-on fan thermostat, turns fan on at 200 degrees f, and mounts in the upper hose.
I have one and it works very well.
The fan should not be coming on that often as long as you're moving, unless it's a very hot day.
I have an inline cooler in the lower coolant hose, Engine Ice coolant, Spal fan(440cfm), Mishimoto radiator(30% larger), air scoops, Vapor dash with 2 temperature lights, and a bigger aluminum oil tank that holds another quart.
These are all the mods you can do to the cooling system, but they work great.
My Vapor dash has memory, and the hottest my 700 has been is 217f, ideling after riding hard on a mid 80's high humidity day, I watched it move up slowly from 211f when I stopped.
Pretty big improvement considering the stock fan doesn't turn on until 225...and
I didn't even have the oversize radiator then.
The cooler it runs, the longer it'll live.
Hi, Omar here from UAE.

Can you please guide to were I get my hands on all the stuff you just mentioned (Mishitmoto, thermostat, inline cooler, and Spal fan). I can't find the Mishimoto anywhere, and I heard that there are fitment issues with those?

Thanks, appreciate your response.

Hi Sixpack577,

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it.
However I wanna ask do you really think the inline coolers are worth it?

And can you please link me up with the Mishimoto Radiator thread, I can't find them anywhere, I have a 2016 Raptor 700, do you need to do alot of modifications to make it fit?

Thank you

And may I ask is this the model you got for the Mishimoto Radiator for your Rapator 700, I saw your other threads, you have a great setup!!.

The only Mishimoto radiator I found was for a 2006-2012 raptor 700 with this serial number MMPS-YFM700R-06. Is that the one you bought for your 2020 Raptor 700 or is there a different one?

And can you please share the link or the website you got it from as I can see that they are all out of stock.

Thank you again, I really appreciate the help!

Yes, the 2006-2012 Mishimoto radiator is all that is available.
That will also fit 2013-2021 models, but you are going to have to buy an 06-12 fan, or modify the mounting brackets of the newer fan.
Most parts are sold out everywhere now, good luck finding them.

@Omar_Metwally

THANK YOU SO MUCH Nathan I really really really appreciate this!!

I just wanted to ask have you installed this? Does it fit straight away or will I need to make it fit?

It’s crazy hot here in Dubai you have no idea how much this will help.

Thank you again sooooo much!!

Hey SixPack

Sorry to bother you again with my questions but umm do I need to modify anything to make the radiator fit in my 16 Raptor ? Or is it just the fan brackets?

And can you please tell me how hard is it to modify the fan brackets to make it fit?

I really appreciate the support!!

If you cannot fabricate aluminum, your best bet and easiest option is to buy an 06-12 stock fan or Spal fan(higher cfm/claimed 10%).
The 06-12 stock or Spal fan will bolt directly to the Mishimoto radiator, where the 13-21 stock or Spal fan will not.
Regardless, neither the stock fan nor the Spal fan sits flush against the Mishimoto radiator core, as it should, and as stock does...so a more important reason for custom brackets, so the fan sits flush and cools as best as possible.
I have a thread called Spal fan
It has details and pictures in it.
I'll try to link the thread.
