What did YOU pay for your raptor 700 out the door?

I am considering a new 700 and I am curious what people are getting them for out the door (after taxes/setup/title and whatever your local stealership tries to screw you for!)

I am interested regardless of model (regular or the SE). Speaking of...what is really the benefit of the SE now, besides a different color plastic? Now that the regular model has the SE shocks...is it simply the plastics? I really like the ALL black..but for 1k cheaper I will for sure get the gray/red with black wheels! I would like to land a new model...but if dealerships are holding people to close to MSRP, I might look for a one year old model (like a used 07/08) to save a couple grand.

Also, could you please post your location, so I can judge what areas are what prices.

Thanks guys!

Thanks guys, the numbers really help! Looks like they are all over the place which is kind of how I figured.

Devan: I think I will consider the port yamaha! When I originally got my first "real" quad I bought an 03 ds650 baja from an online retailer in Ohio (im in IL) and got it for 1000 cheaper than any dealership around me could go.

I have this feeling prices around me will be on the upper end of the spectrum (being close to Chicago they rape us on everything they can!) so 6400 OTD WITH tires/wheels is awesome. Speaking of the tires- how do you like the gncc's? I want to try a pair of the 21 inch rears, as most say they have awesome traction but wear kinda quick.

$5900 before taxes/title. Came with hand guards, pro armor bumper, set of 22'' inch Mudlites on douglas .190 rims, oil n filters and a couple iridium spark plugs. Got it about a year ago.

Didn't buy it brand new, got it off a member of forums. Was in perfect condition.
