I'd agree with the guys above. The YFZ shocks are a good "middle of the road" shock. They work good and are rebuildable.
Although the high end shocks are good stuff, don't buy into the idea you have to have shocks specifically for you, your quad, riding, etc.
All that is great for professional racers that only ride one kind of terrain, (or have sponsers to foot the bill for different shocks for different purposes), but most of us aren't pro and we ride all kinds of terrain. (That's why ya got an ATV isn't it? LOL) If ya can afford the big name shocks they are probably gonna be better, but for the money the YFZ shocks do the job pretty good.
I have YFZ shocks on my Raptor, (and my sons...), and have a pair of Elka triple rates I need to get rebuilt/revalved. The Elkas weren't setup for me but were nice shocks while I ran them.
