First question, is it leaking oil or coolant?

I'm assuming you also replaced the seal that is pressed into the casing? The one with the little spring is what I'm referring to.

 

yes Mad Dog, I replace both large O rings, Impellar, White plastic bushing that goes inside impellar, bearing seal, and the mechanical seal that is pressed into the casing.(which by he way was a mission to take it out. ) The only thing that I was not sure of was the bearing seal, I am not sure which wait was supposed to go in, it kinda fell out as i was removing the impellar so i didnt get to see which way it belonged.

It is leaking coolant... not oil

 

Take it apart and check all your assembly work, must be leaking past the seal on the shaft at the back of the impeller

 

did you remove the old white bushing inside the impeller? I forgot to once and that made mine leak. lol kind of silly but it happened.

 

He said he put a new white bushing around the impeller and i rebuilt mine and i did all the things u are saying and mines fine now...
